Shipping policy

All of our products are custom-made to order. Upon receiving an order, it is produced within a 7-day time period.

The shipping process begins on the 8th day after receiving your order. The shipment date is conditional on the day of the week. We do not ship on weekends or on delivery days that will coincide with weekend delivery days. This condition assures products are on the most expedited delivery schedule. Shipping on Tuesday or Wednesday are the delivery days that have proven to be effective in ensuring most products are delivered on a Thursday or Friday.

If you need to receive your custom-made products on a specific day, please email terry@sweetiepieco.com with your requested delivery day and we do our best to accommodate you.

We will inform you and provide you with a link to follow your shipped Sweetie Pie Co products.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order in the most expeditious way possible once it is shipped through our third-party delivery company (UPS or USPS), but are unable to guarantee it.
